Most requests are delivered within 48 hours. Larger projects like full website designs or multi-page documents are broken into phases with regular check-ins, so you see progress throughout rather than waiting for a big reveal.
Exactly what it says. We revise any deliverable until you're happy with it. No extra charges, no awkward conversations about scope. The only thing we ask is that revision feedback is consolidated — one round of clear notes beats five rounds of drip-fed comments.

Yes. You're assigned a dedicated designer who gets to know your brand over time, overseen by a Creative Director who ensures quality, consistency, and strategic alignment. You're not being rotated through a pool — your team knows your brand, your preferences, and your standards.
Requests are worked on one at a time, in order. This is deliberate — focused work produces better results than scattered multitasking. That said, most requests are turned around within 48 hours, so your queue moves fast. On Pro and Studio plans, throughput increases with additional design capacity. If you have a genuine surge, talk to us — we can flex.
That's fine — and more common than you'd think. Your Creative Director will work with you in the first weeks to establish working guidelines: colours, typography, tone, and visual direction. If you need a full brand identity built from scratch, that's a separate engagement we can scope, but most startups have enough to get started even if it's just a logo, a few colours, and a sense of direction.
The first month is focused on getting it right. Your Creative Director runs a brand immersion — learning your positioning, your audience, your competitors, and your tone. Every deliverable gets CD review. By week four, we've built a brand guardrails document and your designer knows your brand as well as any full-time hire. From month two onwards, the work flows fast and autonomous.
